This Indenture, Made the tenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty Between Thomas King and Elizabeth his wife of the Town of County of Oswego and State of New York of the first part and of the Town of Lake County and State of Ohio of the second part Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars Money of Account of the United States, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold remised, released, aliened, and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain, sell release, alien and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever All That certain lot piece of Land in said Town of being part of Lot No twenty six in the Henderson tract in Township No fourteen of Scribas Patent, Beginning at the North West corner [p. 34]
